I have used this for 4 minutes a day, most days for 3 months. About 1 month after purchase I could not get it to start. The start button has never been easy to press. I gave up on it for 2 weeks, before giving it another go. It worked, I was able to get the start button to work. However, once again (it is only 3 months old) it will not start despite being fully charged. The start button just does not engage. I am over it.
